General Shipping Information

The DutchWear warehouse team handles all the order fulfillment and shipping needs of the Dutch Bros. Coffee online storefront. 

Orders are processed in the order which they are received. We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order date. We hate waiting too, so we try our best to ship every order as quickly as we can! Government holidays, adverse weather, customer service inquires for shipping, billing or fraud verifications and seasonal order volume may affect fulfillment time. Let us know if you have an urgent need and we'll do whatever we can to make it happen.

We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day shipping options in addition to USPS shipping options for customers shipping to a PO Box or looking for more a affordable alternative. Free Shipping

If your order total is $49 or more you qualify and have the option for free Standard Shipping at checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.

Some restrictions apply:

  • Order total less taxes and shipping charges must exceed $49.00

  • Available for orders shipping to contiguous United States only, (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, & International Orders).

 


Gift Card Shipping

We offer FREE First Class Mail service for all Gift Card orders. The Post Office lists First Class service as 2-3 business days for typical delivery, but please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays in mail service due to holidays, adverse weather or other situations that are out of our control. Please contact customer service if you need expedited shipping options.

 


International Shipping

Currently we are offering shipping to US & Canada only. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc.

  • These costs are your responsibility
  • They are not included in shipping charges
  • The shipping company (UPS) will charge Customs fees
  • Contact your local Customs office for more information

Credit cards from outside the U.S. may require additional verification.

Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
