Since you have been in business for quite a few years, obviously you have great coffee, and my son frequents your location in ID daily. 27 days ago I purchased a gift card for him as a gift. I provided the information necessary and paid for it using my credit card. My son never received the gift card. Several weeks later, I received an email stating that I needed to provide an apartment number; I responded immediately. Several days later, I received a phone call requesting the same information; I provided it again. Several weeks after Christmas and still no gift card, I received another request for an apartment number. I have left several messages only to speak to a message machine. I have requested a manager to call me. I have not received a call from a manager. At this point, I am highly disappointed, my son never received his gift, and I want my money back.
